At Sidcup CC we have an outstanding junior membership from All Stars up who week in and out demonstrate incredible energy and skill, and we love to celebrate them all throughout the season.

Over the last few months our Coaches and Managers were once again given the opportunity by the Jack Petchey Foundation to Award four juniors on their efforts so far this season. (With over 120 SCC awards since 2008!).

The Jack Petchey Foundation was set up to inspire and motivate young people across London and Essex by providing exciting projects and programmes for them to get involved in. The foundation also recognises the outstanding achievements of today’s young people by awarding them for their hard work and positive impact in their community.

From encouraging their team players, always being ready, run scoring and wicket taking skills, playing with integrity and respect, to coaching the next generation of cricketers in their free time, our award winners had it all. A huge Congratulations to all of you.

Our juniors across the club continue to exemplify the Spirit of Cricket and we can’t wait to see where their Cricket journeys take them next. Enjoy the rest of your season and we look forward to celebrating you all at our Junior Awards Night happening soon!
