This is an all day softball cricket festival.
All players must wear cricket whites (navy tracksuit bottoms are acceptable for girls only). Matches will be players with an incrediball but players are advised to wear gloves and a protective box still. Plastic bats are ideal as they hit an incrediball further than wooden bats due to how light they are, but a wooden bat is absolutely fine.
The First round will be played on a league basis, 4 groups each per league playing against each
other once.
• The top two team will be placed in the draw for the cup quarter finals and the bottom 2 teams will be in the draw for the plate finals.
• For the cup competition, the winners of the group will play 2nd place from a different group.
• For the plate, the 3rd and 4th placed teams will play 2 more matches and the teams with the most points will play in the plate final.
• Trophies and medals will be presented to the teams reaching the finals at approx. 5pm.
• Registration opens at 9am with the first matches starting at 9.30am prompt
• The BBQ is open all day, serving bacon rolls in morning and BBQ from 12 noon.
• Hot drinks and cake will be available from the clubhouse all day
• Ice cream and candy floss stalls available from noon
• Bar opens at 12 noon
